Classes will begin June 2, 2021! Enroll now!
We have indoor spaces to use, but may hold classes outdoors when weather permits. Semester is 6 weeks, 45 minutes classes, with a bonus week (7) for make-ups. We will social distance on our own family blankets or tarps. Young children will not be expected to wear masks, adults and older children are asked to. You are encouraged to bring your own "instruments" - we will let you know ahead of time what you will need, and have suggestions for homemade or "found" substitutions if you do not have access to commercially-made instruments. Read our updated Health Policy.

A note to parents:
Our classes are geared towards providing a musical immersion experience for your children. Just like language learning, musical learning happens best in a full-immersion approach. To this end, we ask that you refrain as much as possible from talking in class, either with your spouse, other parents, or with your children. If you must communicate with your child or another adult, please try to do it non-verbally, or as a last resort, in a singing voice. Your children are especially attuned to your speaking voice (you may not think they are listening to you, but they are!!) and are easily distracted by it. And remember: Children learn more from what you do than what you say. Be a model of attentive music making.
